Hello, Happy Dream Life here. Today, I will share my experience participating in the BMW On-Road Program with M2 Coupe.
[BMW On-Road Program] BMW M2 Coupe
Let's watch the BMW On-Road Program review video below.
BMW On-Road Program
The BMW Driving Center, located near Incheon International Airport, runs several programs, and the program I participated in is the On-Road Program. The program will run for about 1 hour and 20 minutes and will start with a brief introduction. You can choose a car. The amount of the program will vary depending on the vehicle. Vehicles are available in BMW M2 Coupe, BMW 330i M Sport Package, Mini Coupe S, and Mini John Cooper Works Coupe (MINI JCW), but please check the configuration of the vehicle before you participate.
In my case, I made a reservation for BMW M2 Coupe. Upon arrival, you must give your driver license and confirm and sign the BMW Driving Center Driving Program Experience Agreement as shown in the picture above. Then you'll get the necklace below, and you can take it home. The thing that you should look carefully in the agreement is the amount you should pay in case of an accident. "The participant is aware of and agrees to pay personal exemption (up to 1 million won) in accordance with the insurance policy's standards in the event of an accident due to his/her negligence while driving." If there is no problem, you should keep your signed consent form and give it to your instructor at the beginning of the program.
I looked around the BMW Driving Center because I had some time before the program started. Here is Rolls-Royce Wraith. Each person has his or her favorite car brand and design, but personally, I thought that the Rolls-Royce Wraith was not good at interior or exterior design, regardless of brand value and performance.
Before I got in the car, I took safety training.
Here is BMW M2 Coupe. The car was small, but the logo "M" was enough to excite me.
After getting into the car, the instructor will take a look at each participant's seat position and distance from the steering wheel. Then, before you go to the track, you simply experience rapid acceleration, rapid stop, and handling, and have time to experience the true performance of BMW M2. After a while, I move to the track. The first lap is slow because you should adapt to the track, and then you are given the opportunity to step on the full throttle acceleration on a long straight course. For drivers who enjoy sheer driving, the driving center must be the heaven. I thought it would be enough to experience the full throttle acceleration and see 200 km/h in the instrument panel on the straight course to satisfy the speed instinct that the driver was normally suppressing. Of course, there was a disappointing point. The most disappointing part was that the program was too short. This shows how much fun it was. The cost of the program seems to vary from person to person. But in my personal opinion, I thought it was little expensive.
Disappointing Point:
- Program Duration
Summary: The program itself was so satisfying. The BMW M2 car was also very fun. I would like to give 5 points, but I personally want to give 4 out of 5 because the program duration is short.
Have a great day.
I forbid unauthorized use of my writing and photos!!
