[Canada - Ottawa] Fairmont Château Laurier Hotel Review

Canadians also say that Ottawa is a city where there is nothing to do. Although there are tourists, there are no five-star hotels.

The location of the hotel is located along the river and on the side of Major's Hill Park, as shown in the map above.The exterior of the hotel itself was gorgeous because it was like a castle, but the interior is very old, so I think people who expect luxury and modern hotels will be disappointed.

Room & Fitness Center and Pool

 

Rooms are largely comprised of guest rooms, Fairmont Gold, Suites, and Accessible rooms. For Fairmont Gold, even if it's the same class room, Fairmont Gold has a better view. If you want to be assigned to a room that won't disappoint, I recommend that you book a Fairmont Gold room. In fact, many people go to Fairmont, which is located in an antique building without a five-star hotel in Ottawa, but I was disappointed because it felt like an American university dormitory. So I think the most basic room, the Fairmont Room, is enough.

I don't think I'll visit both Ottawa and Fairmont Château Laurier again either.

 

Summary: Ottawa is such a boring city that I don't want to visit again unless business trip. The Fairmont Hotel is really old, and I even felt like I was in a college dormitory in the United States. Therefore, I want to give 3 points out of 5.
