Emirates Boeing 777-300er Business Class Review, Incheon to Male/Velana + Chauffer Service Review

Emirates Business Class Chuaffer Service

 

Unlike other airlines, Emirates offers chuaffer, or pick-up services, starting with business class passengers. You can make a reservation for chuaffer service with your reservation number on the Emirates website. The peculiarity is that there may be costs depending on the pickup address. For example, if you want a pick up service at Gangnam in Seoul, there will be an additional charge. If you use the chuaffer service, you will receive a confirmation call on the day or the day before, and you will be provided with vehicle information and driver's contact information by text message. When I looked at the Internet review, and the car I expected was BMW 5 Series, Mercedes E-Class, Genesis G80, or the brands of SUV, but I was disappointed that it came with the car with a lower level brand than I expected.

I was disappointed that I couldn't choose the car I wanted, and the expectations of business and first class passengers are high and if they offer a car lower than their expectation, it will be wasting of their money and damaging its reputation, but I do not know why they ignored this part.

Let's take a look at the seats first. In the picture, it looks similar to economy class, but it wasn't as big and wide as I thought.

The food tasted plain. As far as I know, the cooked food is not served on the spot, but the cooked food is reheated and served, so it's not very delicious that a famous chef cooked.

Summary: Since it is one of the best luxury airlines in the Middle East, I had high expectations even before boarding. I expected a lot from the chuaffer service provided to customers in the business class, but I was disappointed even before the boarding as the vehicle brand was lower than I expected. I was satisfied with the luxury, but food was ok. Overall, it was okay, maybe because of the high expectations. Personally, I want to give 4 out of 5.
