After the social distancing caused by COVID-19 has been lifted, the number of people traveling to Korea and staying at hotel is steadily increasing. Now that the holiday season is approaching, people planning a vacation to Korea, especially Pusan may consider hotels among many choices. If you are looking for a five-star accommodation in Busan, you will be looking at many hotels near the beach due to the ocean view such as Ananti Hilton, Park Hyatt Busan, and Signiel Busan, among them, Paradise Hotel Pusan might be one of your choices. Let's talk about Paradise Hotel Pusan.

As you can see on the map above, the hotel is located near Haeundae Station and Haeundae Beach. It reminds me of Miami beach in the U.S. because there are many skyscrapers on the beach.

Let's start reviewing the room.

 

 

Room

 

First of all, the hotel is divided into two buildings. The main building and Annex building. The main building is old, and the Annex building was literally built recently. Rooms are largely made up of Deluxe, Premium Deluxe, Suite, and Special Suite.

Deluxe and suite have a similar atmosphere, but only the size is different, so unless many people stay, I recommend deluxe, and you will be satisfied with the deluxe.

I get the key and go up to the assigned room.

 

 

The main building has traces of time on the outside, but there are traces of time on the inside as well.

 

The bathroom amenity is L'Occitane en Provence. I don't know if I am the only person thinking this way, but whenever I visit Paradise Hotel in Incheon, I think of Trump Hotel a lot - gorgeous and luxurious atmosphere. Since I had a similiar expectation, I was dissatisfied with the main building being old. Other room types don't seem to make much difference with my personal opinion, so I'll go with the special suite right away.

Among them, I like the special suite sapphire the most.

The Special Suite Sapphire Room is located in the Annex building, and as you can see in the picture, it feels completely different.

 

Facilities(Spa) -  Ocean Spa Cimer

 

Located in the 4th floor in the main building

 

Compared to other five-star hotels located in Haeundae, I think the advantage of it is its ocean spa - Cimer. There is an outdoor spa where you can enjoy looking at the sea, and I personally liked it because the color and the temperature of the water were different for each theme.

 

 

On the Plate - Buffet

 

I personally think that hotel vacation should be end with the dining.I had a buffet at On the plate, and I personally really liked it. I liked the composition and the taste so much that I wanted to give 100 points out of 100.

 

 

Summary: Compared to several five-star hotels located near Haeundae Beach, the biggest merit of the hotel is its cost-effectiveness. If you came to Busan to enjoy a five-star hotel, it is cheaper than a surrounding five-star hotel. Buffet price might be similiar, but I was very satisfied. I'm willing to revisit there, so I'd like to give 4 out of 5.
