Geodae Galbi (Old Place)

The place I visited is Geodae Galbi. There is a new building in another place, but there is a slight difference between the old and the new building's menu, so please refer to it. In addition, the new building is said to be visited mostly by young lovers, and the old building is visited by family members.

Geodae Galbi

 

I arrived at the restaurant. There were many construction sites around the restaurant, so there was a disturbing atmosphere. Also, it was a pity that the parking space was small.

The side dishes are set up. All the food was neat and delicious.

I started eating meat. I ate a lot of meat on this day because the meat was so delicious. The meat in the bowl was jangjorim, and the jangjorim was really good as well. I put kimchi on a plate and grilled it, and the kimchi was really great.

 

 

 

Summary: It was so delicious that it was flawless. It was really comfortable as there is person who grill all the meat for us and the quality of the meat was really good. Personally, the quality and service of the meat were worth the price, but I want to give it 4 out of 5 because some people may feel uncomfortable with the price at the restaurant. If you are not sensitive about the price, 5 out of 5 was enough.

 

 

 

 

Sea House

I don't recommend Sea House to people who don't like spicy food or can't eat it. Personally, I don't know if it's that good, but it's something different food, so I recommend you to try it if you would like to something different when you go to Busan.

Sea House

I arrived at the Sea House. It's a bit shabby. It's hard to find the restaurant because it's located in the market.

Doesn't it look spicy to you? Noodles were delicious. I also ordered udon noodles, but personally, the noodles were more delicious.

 

Summary: Personally, I didn't like spicy food, so it didn't taste good. I'd like to recommend it to people who like unique food and seafood. I want to give 3 out of 5.

 

 

Waveon Coffee

In the case of Waveon coffee, personally, the drinks and desserts were delicious and the view was excellent.

Summary: If you have visited Busan, I would like to recommend you to visit Waveon Coffee at least once. The drinks and desserts were delicious and the view was a bonus. There were especially many young lovers. However, the downside is that it is a little far from Haeundae in Busan, so you must have a car to go there. I want to give 4 out of 5.

 

 

HeunMaru

If you look at sushi restaurants near HeunMaru, it is empty, but there are a lot of people in HeunMaru. There's a reason why there are so many people. The restaurant workers were all kind and the sashimi and food were all neat. As I was eating, I understood why only this restaurant was crowded when only flies were flying around the restaurant nearby.

If you put sashimi on yellow rice and wrap it with kimchi, it tasted great. 

The scenery got better as the night went on.

 

Summary: If you want to eat sashimi at Haeundae, I recommend HeunMaru. The service and taste were flawless and satisfied. However, it was regrettable that some of the menus were not available on the day and were booked a few days in advance. I want to give 4 out of 5.

 

 

Park Hyatt Pusan Dining Room

Park Hyatt Busan Dining Room has the best view in Haeundae. Some people go to Haeundae in Busan to choose their accommodation as Park Hyatt Busan because of the view of Gwangan Bridge in Busan. Many people visit the dining room during the evening due to the night view, but in the case of Gwangan Bridge view, reservations are full even on weekdays and you have to make reservations a few days in advance even during the off-season. It means it's that famous. I tried using breakfast. In case of breakfast, reservation is not available but it is a first-come, first-served basis. If you really want to enjoy the view of Gwangan Bridge in the dining room, I recommend you to use it for breakfast and visit early. Because there aren't many people early in the morning. It was made up of buffet at breakfast, but it tasted normal and there weren't many kinds. In the case of parking, you can get in the basement parking lot of the hotel, and the customers who used the breakfast in the dining room didn't pay the parking fee. There was a parking partition, but it opens automatically when you leave.

Park Hyatt Pusan Dining Room

I arrived at Park Hyatt Busan.

When you park, you have to transfer to the lobby instead of directly connecting the elevator from the parking lot to the restaurant. This was a little uncomfortable.

I can see Gwangan Bridge. The view of Gwangan Bridge that you can see as soon as you wake up in the morning is good, but the view of Gwangan Bridge that you can see in the evening is also excellent.

It's a yacht view.

I ordered a drink for the first time and brought what I wanted from the buffet. You can order a single dish, but you can order it at the table.

If you order steak from a single product, there is an additional charge, so you can refer to it.

Let's wrap it up with the last dessert.

The view is amazing. It's a pity that I can't capture the view with my eyes in the picture.

 

Summary: If you are not staying in Park Hyatt Busan, I recommend you to eat in the dining room. Especially, the view of Gwangan Bridge and the yacht view were as good as the heart. But in the case of breakfast buffet, it was ok but not the best. So I want to give 4 out of 5.

 

 

Haeundae Gaya Wheat Noodles

There's a must-eat food in Busan, and one of them is wheat noodles. There are a lot of good wheat noodles restaurants in Busan, and I liked Haeundae Gaya Wheat Noodles.

I ordered wheat noodles and dumplings and they were both really good. Wheat noodles are different from cold noodles, and dumplings are chewy unlike regular dumplings.

 

Summary: Wheat noodles and dumplings in Haeundae Gaya Wheat Noodles were flawless and delicious. I want to give 5 out of 5.

If you want to eat galbi in Busan, a lot of people are looking for Geodae Galbi and Haeundae Beef Ribs House. Both places are similarly expensive, but they seem to be in a different direction. In the case of Geodae Galbi, it seemed to focus on luxury and service, and Haeundae Beef Ribs House seemed to be trying to approach the public with familiarity. There was also a difference in taste, so I think each person will have a clear preference for the restaurant. You can only eat raw ribs if you make a reservation, so if you want to eat raw ribs at Haeundae Beef Ribs House, make sure to make a reservation a few days in advance.

I arrived at Haeundae Beef Ribs House.

I feel like I'm in the countryside.

Each person has their own food tray, but I think they're good at cleanliness.

I should cook the meat, not by a server at a restaurant. 

I personally didn't like the potato sari.

 

Summary: It felt like I was grilling meat in an old country house. The meat was delicious, but I don't think the potato sari is good for the body and personally it wasn't that delicious. I want to give 4 out of 5.
