DASSAI 23 Review

 

 

 

 

 

First of all, the bottle design has a simple, Japanese aesthetic. The taste is clean and delicious. Plus, I didn’t experience a hangover the next day! As expected, sake pairs wonderfully with Japanese food.

 

There is a noticeable difference in taste between DASSAI Beyond and DASSAI 23, but considering the price difference, I didn’t feel that DASSAI Beyond was significantly superior. If you're looking for the best balance of quality and cost, I’d recommend DASSAI 23.

 

 

Summary: Among all sake, I really like DASSAI, and I want to recommend it to my friends because it’s sweet and easy to drink, just like DASSAI Beyond. I'm very satisfied with it, so I’d give it a perfect score of 5 out of 5!
