Business seat in-flight meals from Incheon can be pre-booked and there are more options if you pre-book.

The size of the seat is adequate, but the seat is small for those who are large.

 

 

ICN->AMS In-Flight Meal

 

 

 

For my first meal, I had Amuse Busch - Caponata and chickpea with feta cheese. I ordered Stella for the beer.

 

 

Next, I had appetizer of dill salmon with potato salad.

 

 

For main dish, I had pre ordered dish which comes with grilled tofu and soup along with Korean side dishes

 

 

I had different kinds of cheese, ice cream, tea, and cakes for dessert.

 

 

I had pizza, cookie, pop corn, and nuts for my snack. 

 

 

Ramen and beer for sure if you ride prestige class. However, it was too spicy for me.

 

 

 

For the second meal, I began with arugula salad.

 

 

For the main dish, I had pre-ordered meal.

 

 

I had fruit for dessert.

 

Overall, the food has become more delicious than before except for ramen. I heard that Korean Air has increased the quality of the food by linking it with the chef, and I felt strongly that they cared.

 

 

AMS->ICN In-Flight Meal

 

 

 

For the first meal, I began with smoked salmon with wasabi mayonnaise.

 

 

 

I had serrano ham with pickled tulip bulb for my appetizer.

 

 

 

I had pan fried cod with creamy pumpkin sauce for my main dish.

 

 

 

 

Just like the trip from ICN to AMS, I had the same dessert.

 

 

 

For the second meal, I had bacon and leek frittata.

 

 

I finished with the fruit.

 

When I went to Amsterdam from Incheon, the ramen was so spicy and tasteless that I didn't order it this time. However, the food was so delicious during the round trip and the service was as satisfying as always.

 

 

 

 

 

Summary: I didn't expect much about the B787-10 because it was my second time riding it. But the food was so delicious and the service was satisfactory, so I personally want to give 5 out of 5 points.
