๐ฅ Round-Trip Video
Before diving into the review, here’s a short round-trip video of my ICN ↔ TPE flights.
โ๏ธ ICN → TPE
๐ซ Aircraft Feature: No First Class
The Korean Air B777-300 (non-ER) does not offer a First Class cabin, so the Prestige Suite is the highest service class on this aircraft.
๐ฝ๏ธ Pre-Order Meal Service (ICN Departure)
On this route, Korean Air allows meal pre-ordering. The available options are shown in the images below,
and I recommend pre-ordering if you want to secure your preferred dish.

๐บ Seat Review: Prestige Suite

The Prestige Suite seat on the B777-300 is comfortable, but the design is noticeably dated due to the aircraft’s age.
Still, it offers:
- Ample legroom
- Spacious personal area
- Solid overall comfort
๐ฝ๏ธ In-Flight Meal (ICN → TPE)
For this flight, I pre-ordered the Western – French-style seafood stew.
โ๏ธ Meal Format
Since this is a short-haul route, meals are not served course-by-course. Instead, everything comes on one tray, including:
- Salad
- Main dish
- Bread
- Dessert (fruit)
The seafood stew had good flavor, and overall the meal felt balanced and satisfying for a short flight.

โ๏ธ TPE → ICN
For the return flight, pre-ordering is not available, so meals are selected directly on board.
I chose the Stir-fried Chicken with Basil Pepper Sauce.
It was a simple yet flavorful dish—consistent with what I expect from Korean Air’s short-haul business class.
Dessert was a fresh fruit plate.

๐งณ Overall Impression
Since I’ve flown Korean Air’s B777-300 several times, the aircraft itself feels familiar and not particularly exciting.
However, the cabin crew’s service is always excellent, and this trip was no exception.
โญ Final Rating: 4 out of 5
