Hello, Happy Dream Life here. Today, I will review a restaurant called Himeshara located in Sapporo, Japan that earned Michelin two star.

Himeshara is a Michelin two-star restaurant specializing in Japanese food. It's located in Sapporo. I heard that they moved to a new place, so please refer to the above new address. I made a restaurant reservation at the hotel. I used the elevator to go to the restaurant.

We're going in. They start to serve at a specific time and if all the guests arrive. Since we arrived little early, we waited in a small room, and by the time we were about to start, we were called in and we were seated. It was a really small restaurant, and it was packed.

 

It was a course meal, and everyone received the same food except the drink. You need to order a drink separately. The course continues to serve food like in the picture. I really ate a lot. It's been a long time since I've been this happy while eating so much. The Japanese people who ate with us knew we were from Korea and talked a lot. The service, the food, and the atmosphere were perfect enough to have the intention to revisit here over and over again.

 

Summary: It was a restaurant where I felt that it was a restaurant that was qualified for Michelin two-star. I was really satisfied with everything -- food, atmosphere, and service. I think whoever goes will be satisfied. I strongly recommend you to visit here if you visit Sapporo. Personally, I would like to give more than 5 out of 5.
