Welcome to Happy Dream Life blog. Today, I will be reviewing Gimpo airport Korean Air KAL lounge.
Gimpo airport Korean Air KAL Lounge
Perhaps because Christmas is approaching, Gimpo Airport is adorned with decorations that create a festive atmosphere.
To begin, let's watch a video of the Korean Air KAL Lounge at Gimpo Airport and start the review.
I usually use Incheon International Airport when traveling abroad, so unlike before, I rarely use Gimpo International Airport unless I’m taking a domestic flight. Additionally, the development of transportation options like the KTX has reduced some of the advantages of air travel.
That said, I’ll share a review for those using domestic flights through Gimpo Airport and for anyone curious about the Korean Air KAL Lounge.
Location
First of all, the lounge is located on the 4th floor, immediately to the left after passing through the security checkpoint.
Interior
Inside, the lounge showed signs of aging and was of a modest size. The selection of food and beverages was not very diverse, consisting mainly of light snacks, drinks, and coffee rather than full meals. Compared to the lounge at Incheon International Airport, it appeared much smaller, likely due to cost considerations.
Summary: Since domestic flights are relatively short, I often question whether it’s worth paying extra for business class, especially given the older aircraft. Perhaps that’s why the price difference between economy and business class isn’t very significant. Personally, I’d rate the experience 4 out of 5.
Have a great day
