Hello, this is Happy Dream Life. In this post, I’m sharing my experience using the China Airlines Business Class Lounge at Taipei Taoyuan International Airport (TPE), which is accessible when flying Korean Air Prestige Class.
Since Korean Air does not operate a dedicated lounge at TPE, Prestige Class passengers and eligible SkyTeam members are directed to use the China Airlines Business Class Lounge. This review focuses on location, atmosphere, food options, shower facilities, and overall comfort.

After clearing security and immigration, turn right and proceed upstairs via elevator or escalator. The lounge entrance is easy to locate and clearly signposted.
🛋 Lounge Size & Atmosphere
Compared to flagship lounges at major hub airports, the lounge is relatively compact. However, during my visit, it was not crowded at all, allowing for a quiet and comfortable experience without issues finding seating.
The interior design feels slightly dated, with a classic and traditional aesthetic. That said, cleanliness and maintenance were well managed, which helped offset the older design.
🍽 Food & Beverage Selection
While the food selection is not extensive, it is well-curated and focused on Taiwanese cuisine, making it more than adequate for a light meal before departure.

As someone who enjoys Taiwanese food, I found the offerings satisfying for a pre-flight meal.

The shower facilities are small but functional, equipped with all the essentials. There was no waiting time, which made it convenient for a quick refresh before boarding.
