Eunpyeong Hanok Village

Hello, Happy Dream Life is here. Today, I will briefly share my experience at Eunpyeong Hanok Village.

Eunpyeong Hanok Village

Where do you think of Hanok Village when you think of Seoul? I often think of Bukchon Hanok Village in Jongno, Seoul. Bukchon Hanok Village is where many foreigners visit, and many lovers visit as a dating course. Once or twice, you may get bored as you have been there many times and want to visit a new place. For those people, I would like to introduce Eunpyeong Hanok Village today.

Eunpyeong Hanok Village is located outside the center of Seoul as you can see above. There is no other special places to visit, so I think it'd be good to go for a drive.

Eunpyeong Hanok Village is larger than any other Hanok Village in Seoul, so the biggest advantage is that you can walk around leisurely. Since it was not well known yet, you could enjoy Hanok Village even though it was weekend.

There were also disadvantages. The biggest drawback was the lack of parking spaces. There was a parking lot in Hanok Village, but it was not big, so I thought there would be a parking disturbance if it became famous later. And it's constantly being built, so it feels incomplete and I'm looking forward to it after it's built.

Can you feel the Eunpyeong Hanok Village while watching the video below?

Happy Dream Life's Recommeded Cafe: A Cup Per Person

If you are looking for a cafe with a good view in Eunpyeong Hanok Village, I recommend a cup per person cafe. There are different places where you can drink tea and eat on each floor, but it's hard to get a seat because it's so popular, and there are some cases where you just have to leave because there are too many people.

Address: 534 Yeonseo-ro, Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul

Phone #: 82-2-355-1111

Hours: Closed on Every Monday

          Every day: 10:00 - 21:30

This is the view from the cafe. Personally, visiting Hanok Village makes me feel comfortable, but Eunpyeong Hanok Village is so nice because the mountain and Hanok Village are so well-matched.

Summary: It is inconvenient because it is far from the center of Seoul for foreigners to visit, and I don't think I will visit much. I felt that it was a good place to come to heal family or lovers rather than foreigners. Personally, I'd like to give 4 out of 5.

Have a great day.
